How points work
Add points to your Faralaforge account once and use them to pay for orders without entering card details each time. Here is how adding, spending and refunds work.

Points are an amount held in your Faralaforge account that you can use to pay for orders. They are shown as a money amount, such as $25.00 of points, so you can compare them directly with a cart total. If you buy from us regularly, points save you entering your card and billing details on every order.
Points are optional. Paying by card works exactly as it always has, and guests can still check out without an account.
Adding points
- Sign in and go to Account, then Points.
- Choose an amount between 1 and 2,500 in the currency shown.
- Enter your billing details. These are the same details a card checkout asks for, because adding points is a card payment.
- Complete the payment on our payment provider's secure hosted page.
Once the payment is confirmed, the points appear in your account. If you come back to the Points page before the confirmation has arrived, the page checks the payment status and updates when it is confirmed.
What currency points are held in
Points are held and shown in US dollars, the currency our catalogue is priced in. If you add points in another currency, the amount is converted to dollars once, when you add them, and that figure is fixed. Later changes in exchange rates do not change the value of points you already hold.
If your cart is set to another currency, its total is converted at the same rate the site uses for prices, so one set of points can pay for an order in any currency we offer.
Paying with points
At checkout, signed-in customers can choose Points as the payment method.
- You need enough points to cover the whole order. Points cannot be combined with a card on the same order. If you are short, the cart offers a link to add more.
- No billing address is needed, because no card payment takes place.
- The order is confirmed straight away, and delivery begins as soon as the points have been taken.
Your points history
The Points page lists every movement: points added, points spent on orders, and any points returned. Each entry shows the date and amount, so the figure you hold can always be traced.
When an order cannot be delivered
Very occasionally, a product cannot be supplied after payment. If you paid for that order with points, the points for the undelivered product are returned to your account automatically, and the history shows them as refunded. You do not need to contact us.
